Understanding the question
An elemental report covers the analytes and procedures actually included. The word panel does not establish that every possible element was assessed. Its conclusions should remain tied to the listed scope.
A worked example
A teaching certificate lists five analytes, while a product description says all elemental contaminants were ruled out. The editor replaces the broad sentence with the actual scope. Unlisted elements are not declared present; they simply are not answered by that particular table.

Check the analyte list, limits and method. Do not convert a partial panel into a blanket safety statement, and do not equate a missing row with a measured zero.
